Check-In/Out and Parking
How does the check-in process work?
We provide a self-check-in option using a secure code, which will be sent to you at 3:00 PM on your check-in day.
What time is check-in?
You can check in any time after 4:00 PM.
What time do we need to check out by?
Check-out is any time before 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Please contact us on the day of your check-in or check-out to verify availability. If it works out, we’d be delighted to accommodate you.
Can we park before check-in or after check-out?
Unfortunately, no. Our cleaning team needs access to the parking spots. However, if the unit is ready before check-in, we will notify you.
Amenities and Housekeeping
What should I do if the WiFi isn’t working?
If the WiFi stops working, unplug the router, wait one minute, then plug it back in. If the issue persists, feel free to message us for further assistance.
What should we do with the towels and linens when checking out?
Please leave the beds unmade, and place used towels in the bathtub.
Where should we put our garbage?
Please place your garbage in the outdoor bins located near the property.
Policies and Property Rules
Can we have visitors during our stay?
The property has a strict capacity limit, so no visitors are allowed during the day or overnight. If the capacity is exceeded, penalties may apply.
Can we smoke or host parties on the property?
We enforce a strict no-party policy and do not allow smoking indoors. If you wish to smoke outside, please ensure you are at least 10 meters away from any door or window and properly dispose of your cigarette butts. Penalty fees will be applied if cigarette remnants are found on the property.
Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
Cancellations are handled through the platform you reserved on. Please contact them directly for any refund requests, as we cannot manage refunds on our end. Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we have a strict no-pets policy due to allergy concerns.
Is there a minimum or maximum stay length?
Usually, the minimum stay is 2 nights, but there is no maximum. But some of the property has an option of 1 night stay. It depends on the property listed.
